This was our last day in Maui. We had to checkout of our cottage by 11am. Our flight did not leave until 5pm. So, we waited until the last possible minute to leave. We loaded the car and crammed into it with all our luggage. We headed into Kihei to a restaurant that we had been wanting to try all week, Cafe O'Lei. We should have gone earlier in the week so we could have gone back. It was fabulous!! If you are going to Maui you have to try it out.
After lunch, we did a little shopping at the stores that were in the same center as the restaurant. Then we walked across the parking lot to enjoy our last shaved ice.
On the way back to the airport we decided to head to the 'Iao Needle. It was very beautiful, but also very hot. So we did not stay too long.
We eventually headed back to the airport and headed back home. Hopefully we can go back one day soon.
