Christmas continued

On Christmas Eve night Matt, Susan, Nathan, and I loaded up the kids into the car and went into town. We watched the torchlight parade and drank hot chocolate. We then went back to the house and got ready for Santa. The girls even sprinkled reindeer food outside.

Christmas day the kids awoke to this.


Garrett got a John Deere Tractor. He loved it. I think we could have stopped there.


However, we continued opening the presents. It was a little overwhelming for G. Part way through he decided we needed to stop and have some breakfast. So Pawpaw made cinnamon rolls. After breakfast we continued on with the presents. By the time we were done Garrett decided he needed a little alone time, so he went and laid down in his bed. It even snowed on Christmas Day.
