Where were you?

Where were you 5 years ago? Nathan and I had just moved to Michigan. We were living in Ypsilanti, MI. He was going to UM and I was working at a small accounting firm in Ann Arbor. I was sitting at my desk in an office that I was sharing with one other person. I was listening to the radio at the time. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. A plane just hit the World Trade Center. I spent the majority of the morning in shock and trying to absorb all the news to figure out what was going on. It seemed a lot closer to us since we were "up north". We were in contact with people that had relatives and friends in that part of the country. They were all trying to get in contact with their friends and relatives.
