The Polar Express

November 26th we headed to the farm in Hillsboro.  (Nathan’s dad and stepmom’s place.)  We picked them up and headed to Palestine to board the Polar Express and head to the North Pole.  (Rusk)  Here is Garrett anxiously awaiting the arrival of the train.

The train arrives…

The train cars each had attendants.  They passed out hot chocolate and treats, danced to the music, and read the Polar Express book.


The conductor came around to punch everyone’s ticket.

We even arrived at the North Pole.  You will have to trust me on this one.  The pictures are horrible.  But there were Christmas lights, Santa’s workshop, elves and Santa himself.  Santa and the elves even boarded the train to hand out the first gift of Christmas.
