Easter Weekend

 

We started out on Friday with an egg hunt at G's school.  Nathan went  and took pictures for me.  Garrett had a great time hunting eggs and did really well.  He was really excited about it that evening when he was telling me all about it.  He was also pointing to the pictures of himself and saying "that's Garrett Wood".  Hilarious!!

 

On Saturday morning we colored some eggs for the Easter Bunny.  Garrett really loved it.   Of course, he played with the eggs so much over the next 24 hours that we had to throw them out before they ever made it to the grandparents house.

 

 

 

 

Then we headed to church for the Easter Party.  There were bounce houses, a petting zoo area, crafts, face painting, puppets, and of course tons of eggs.  Garrett was becoming a pro at egg hunting.

 

 

Sunday we headed to my parents house for lunch.  It was a very cold Easter.  G so wanted to go outside.  We had lunch and then hid Easter Eggs all over the house.  G and the girls hunted them forever.  Though now, I have more candy than we will ever eat.

 

 

After the hunt we headed to Nathan's aunt's house to visit that side of the family.  It was a really great Easter Weekend.
