Weekend Plans

We have a big weekend coming up. Tonight we are taking Garrett to his first football game. We are going to the South Grand Prairie v. South Garland high school game. It is SGP's homecoming, so we have to get there at 6:30 in order to see SGP march before the game. South Garland is my alma mater. I also have a cousin who is a senior there and plays trumpet. I don't think I have been back to an SG game in 9 years.

Then, tomorrow morning we head to Waco. We are planning on spending some time with Nathan's grandmother in the morning. Then heading off to show Garrett the Baylor campus and hopefully find him some more Baylor apparel. At noon we are meeting some friends at my favorite mexican restaurant, Ninfa's. We are spending the rest of the afternoon and evening with them for a birthday celebration.

Sunday we will stop by Nathan's dads on the way home. And hopefully I will be able to stop at the outlet's for some shoes.

I hope Garrett is able to adjust to all this craziness. We tried to go shopping at Foley's last night, and he wanted nothing to do with that. We ended up buying nothing and leaving in a record time of less than 45 minutes.
