My precious cat, Poochey, thinks that we bought him a new bed. Nathan has found him in the crib the past two nights snuggling with a huge stuffed bear that is in there right now. I think we are going to have to install a screen door on Garrett's room.

I've heard of filling the crib with blown up balloons to keep the cats out but I don't know how well that would work. I haven't yet built our crib yet (but the four pieces are leaning against the wall in the nursery so at least I'm making progress) I was thinking about trying the balloon thing. For now, I just forbid our kitties to be in that room at all... It is depressing to see the door closed, though.
the balloons, of course, would be before the baby comes
