We survived the band trip. We pulled out of the parking lot at 5 am Saturday morning. Only slightly behind schedule. The trip took 4 hours. Once we got there all 4 bands played, and then we headed off to the water park. It was actually a nice day. The sun was shinging and it was quite warm. The water was ice cold. I got on one ride, and I rode around the lazy river a few times. But it was too cold!! We got back to Dallas around midnight, and we managed to leave the school by 1 am. Overall it was a successful trip.
